I’ve not looked into the lotto scams, but this sort of thing is usually a big con.

If they ask for some money in advance to transfer some big lotto prize your in the middle of a scam. Why would they need some money from you if they are a real lotto, they should be rolling in money?

I get emails saying I’ve won $100,000+ all the time, I delete them. I consider them the same as the Nigerian scams that some one needs me to take control of millions of dollars because someone died or he’s a general that wants to come to the UK/US and needs a middle man to transfer the money and I’m going to get 25% or something.

All scams.
